1. Qué es Kaxa
Kaxa es un software de punto de venta (Kaxa POS y Kaxa Office) que se ofrece como servicio por suscripción a negocios ("tú"). Al crear un negocio en Kaxa aceptas estos términos.
2. Prueba y suscripción
Los primeros 2 meses son gratis. Después, el precio es de US$39.99 al mes por local, o US$335.92 al año por local (30% de descuento) si pagas por adelantado. Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento; la suscripción sigue activa hasta el final del período pagado. Los pagos anuales no son reembolsables salvo que la ley indique lo contrario.
3. Tu cuenta
Eres responsable de las personas a quienes das acceso, de mantener seguros tus correos, contraseñas y PIN, y de la información que registras (productos, precios, clientes, empleados y ventas).
4. Uso permitido
No puedes usar Kaxa para actividades ilegales, para intentar acceder a datos de otros negocios ni para interferir con el servicio.
5. Tus datos
Tus datos son tuyos. Los guardamos para prestarte el servicio, con respaldos diarios. Puedes descargar un respaldo cuando quieras desde Kaxa Office. Si cancelas, guardamos tus datos 30 días y luego los eliminamos.
6. Impuestos y facturación fiscal
Los recibos de Kaxa no son facturas fiscales salvo que se indique lo contrario. Eres responsable de cumplir con las obligaciones fiscales de tu país.
7. Disponibilidad
Trabajamos para que Kaxa esté siempre disponible, y el POS sigue vendiendo sin internet. Aun así, el servicio se ofrece "tal cual" y no garantizamos que esté libre de interrupciones.
8. Responsabilidad
En la medida que permita la ley, nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que pagaste por Kaxa en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo.
9. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos. Te avisaremos de cambios importantes con al menos 30 días de anticipación.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Panamá.

1. What Kaxa is
Kaxa is point-of-sale software (Kaxa POS and Kaxa Office) offered as a subscription service to businesses ("you"). By creating a business on Kaxa you accept these terms.
2. Trial and subscription
The first 2 months are free. After that, the price is US$39.99 per month per location, or US$335.92 per year per location (30% off) if you pay upfront. You can cancel anytime; your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Yearly payments are non-refundable unless the law says otherwise.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the people you give access to, for keeping emails, passwords and PINs safe, and for the information you enter (products, prices, customers, employees and sales).
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Kaxa for illegal activity, to try to access other businesses' data, or to interfere with the service.
5. Your data
Your data is yours. We store it to provide the service, with daily backups. You can download a backup anytime from Kaxa Office. If you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days and then delete it.
6. Taxes and fiscal invoices
Kaxa receipts are not fiscal invoices unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for your country's tax obligations.
7. Availability
We work to keep Kaxa always available, and the POS keeps selling offline. Still, the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid for Kaxa in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you of important changes at least 30 days in advance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
