Kaxa incluye 2 meses gratis para que pruebes todo antes de pagar. No se cobra nada durante la prueba.
Plan mensual
Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento desde tu cuenta. La cancelación aplica al final del mes pagado y no se cobra el siguiente. Los meses ya iniciados no se reembolsan.
Plan anual
Si cancelas dentro de los primeros 14 días desde el pago anual, te devolvemos el 100%. Después de 14 días, el plan sigue activo hasta el final del año pagado y no se reembolsa.
Cobros por error
Si se te cobró por error o dos veces, te devolvemos el monto completo.
Cómo pedir un reembolso
Escribe a [email protected] con el nombre de tu negocio y el correo de tu cuenta. Respondemos en 2 días hábiles. Los pagos procesados por nuestro revendedor (Paddle) se reembolsan al mismo método de pago.

Free trial
Kaxa includes 2 free months so you can try everything before paying. Nothing is charged during the trial.
Monthly plan
You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month and the next month is not charged. Months already started are not refunded.
Yearly plan
If you cancel within 14 days of the yearly payment, we refund 100%. After 14 days, the plan stays active until the end of the paid year and is not refunded.
Charges made in error
If you were charged by mistake or twice, we refund the full amount.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your business name and account email. We reply within 2 business days. Payments processed by our reseller (Paddle) are refunded to the same payment method.
